New York artist Fred Tomaselli is well known for his artworks depicting medicinal herbs, prescription pills, and hallucinogenic plants. Tomaselli created this luscious step-etched aquatint alongside Sue Oehme while working at Riverhouse Editions in Colorado. This complex print was created with four plates which were hand-color-separated and layered, resulting in a signature graphic, bold, and subtly colorful image.
