Hope is an archival color print with sculptured and hot gloss stamp printed in an edition of 50. This is impression #25 of 50. ARTIST STATEMENT: Language is liquid and as HOPE was drawn with water from a spoon onto pavement, I wondered how long it would take to disappear. Branched, hope flowed beyond itself, beyond the confines of its four letters and reflected an ambient light that gave it body and substance. Elemental and mercurial, hope found its own alchemical path and reached its fixed aspirational point. Hope stands for this moment.
