This woodcut, the third foray into the medium for the artist, was rendered completely by thousands of tiny white dots created by drilling into the block with drill bit on the end of a Dremel tool. The result is a silhouetted landscape against the shimmering back light of a moon lit night. A tour de force in the medium, the block was printed in an edition of 35.
An impression of this print was recently acquired by the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and currently hangs in there Print Study Center.
