A lively abstract print composed of combinations of etched plates. Julie Shapiro works between painting, drawing, printmaking and constructing with paper. She delights in the ongoing rapport between media. She received her BA in art from UC Santa Cruz and an MFA in painting/printmaking from Yale School of Art and attended Yale Summer School of Art, Norfolk, CT.
