Signed with the embossed monogram in the lower left image corner. Also bearing the drystamps from "Cercle de la Librairie" (Lugt 438), as well as from "L'Estampe Originale".

This is a plate for a set of 6 embossed color lithographs by the artist, titled "En Zélande", to be published by "L'Estampe Originale", Paris. The titles or these prints are coastal town in Dutch province of Zeeland: Wemeldinge, Veere, Zierikzee, Goes, Brouwershaven, Tholen. We strongly doubt, however, that this set was ever published. It isn't even clear that all prints announced as part of this set ever existed. We can find no institution that has even one, and we know of only three of the six compositions.
