Etching and drypoint. Signed and dated in the plate 1861. VERY GOOD IMPRESSION WITH RICH DRYPOINT. Plate 7 5/8 x 12 3/8, Sheet 9 1/8 x 14 1/8”. Originally published as part of the Themes Set of 16 etchings in 1871. This impresssion likely printed c. 1894. Printed on a very fine sheet of thin laid paper with full margins and deckle edges on 3 sides. Remnant of old tape at top center of sheet edge verso with associated discoloration.
