Martin, Amer., (1931-2013), Untitled, Color Linocut, 1962, Ed. 5/8, , 18 x 12, on thin cream wove japan paper 13-1/2 x 25-1/2 with typical small irregular margins, some occasional foxing, signed, dated and numbered in pencil. Another of the artist's most striking early color prints in a very small edition.. The evolution of life, and generative principle were the dominant theme in M.G. Martin's early 1960's prints, all of which were produced at Robert Blackburn's Print Shop, with his guidance.
