John Taylor Arms, Amer., (1887-1953), Venetian Filligree, Etching, 1931, F. 235, Ed. 154, 10-3/4 x 11, signed and numbered Ed. 100 in pencil, slight toning within old mat opening, on thick, cream wove paper with large and full margins, measuring 15-3/8 x 19-1/8. One of Arms' most masterful and celebrated Venetian subjects, showing the elaborate facade of the Palazzo Santa Sophia, called Ca D'Oro, dating from 1428-30, located on the Grand Canal. A fine impression of this magnificent print by Arms.
